ATURAN

Peraturan-peraturan akademik yang harus dipatuhi oleh mahasiswa selama melaksanakan studi di ITB di antaranya adalah:

Peraturan Akademik ITB

Mahasiswa diwajibkan terdaftar di Direktorat Pendidikan setiap semester. Mahasiswa yang tidak terdaftar selama dua semester berturut-turut akan dicabut status mahasiswa ITB-nya dan mahasiswa tersebut dianggap mengundurkan diri dari ITB;

Mahasiswa diwajibkan mengikuti kuliah/praktikum sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah disediakan oleh Direktorat Pendidikan. Mahasiswa yang sakit atau ada kegiatan lain yang mendesak sehingga tidak dapat mengikuti kuliah, diharuskan memberikan surat keterangan sesegera mungkin. Surat keterangan itu berupa surat keterangan sakit dari dokter atau surat keterangan dari orang tua/wali yang diserahkan ke LTPB, Selanjutnya LTPB meneruskan surat tersebut kepada Dosen mata kuliah terkait.

Persyaratan kelulusan TPB
a. Seorang mahasiswa dinyatakan lulus TPB bila memiliki IP ? 2,00 tanpa nilai E dan T dengan batas waktu 2 semester (semester I & II);
b. Mahasiswa TPB yang belum lulus TPB setelah 2 semester dengan IP ? 1,00 diberi kesempatan memperpanjang waktu studi TPB maksimum 2 semester lagi;
c. Mahasiswa TPB, yang setelah dua semester di TPB mempunyai IP < 1>

Mahasiswa ITB yang telah lulus TPB tidak diperbolehkan mengambil mata kuliah TPB lagi;

Mahasiswa TPB yang belum lulus TPB diwajibkan memprioritaskan pengambilan mata kuliah TPB, agar persyaratan kelulusan TPB segera dipenuhi;

Jika seorang mahasiswa mengulang suatu mata kuliah, nilai yang diambil adalah nilai terakhir. Contoh, pada semester I tahun ajaran 2013/2014 seorang mahasiswa mendapat nilai D untuk suatu matakuliah, kemudian diulang pada semester I tahun ajaran 2014/2015dengan nilai E. Maka nilai yang diakui adalah nilai E.

Hal-hal yang menyangkut ketentuan dan peraturan bagi mahasiswa ITB secara lebih rinci dimuat dalam Buku Peraturan Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan ITB dan dapat diakses melalui Website internal http://akademik.itb.ac.id. Selanjutnya berikut ini diuraikan hal lain yang perlu diketahui oleh mahasiswa ITB.
